Subscription Overview

Rated Trades offers three profile levels designed to help businesses build their presence, showcase their work and give customers more information when choosing a trade.

Basic Profile

A Basic Profile gives your business a presence on Rated Trades and allows customers to find your company when searching for trades in their area.
Basic profiles are not Premium and are not Verified. They provide customers with basic information about your business, while the additional features available to Premium members remain hidden.

A Basic Profile is a great way to get your business listed on Rated Trades and start building your presence.

Basic Profile includes:

• Business listing on Rated Trades

• Business name

• Trade category

• Location and service areas

• Ability to be found through Rated Trades searches
   

Premium Profile

A Premium Profile unlocks your full Rated Trades profile, allowing potential customers to learn more about your business, see your work and easily contact you.
Premium profiles can display:

• Full business description

• Services offered

• Phone number

• Email address

• Website

• Customer star rating

• Customer reviews

• Project photos

• Expanded business information

• Review Dispute Support
   

Review Dispute Support

Premium members have access to Review Dispute Support.
If you believe a review is inaccurate, misleading, inappropriate or does not meet the Rated Trades Review Standards, you can submit the review to Rated Trades for assessment.
This does not guarantee that a review will be removed. Reviews will be assessed against the Rated Trades Review Standards to help maintain a fair and trustworthy review system for both businesses and customers.

A Premium business that has not completed business verification will not display the Rated Trades Verified badge.

Premium + Verified Profile

A Premium + Verified Profile provides the complete Rated Trades experience.
You receive all Premium features, including your full business information, project photos, customer ratings, reviews and Review Dispute Support, along with the Rated Trades Verified badge.

The Verified badge means:

Rated Trades has confirmed that the company is registered as a business in the province where it operates.
The badge helps customers quickly identify businesses whose registration has been confirmed by Rated Trades.

Premium + Verified profiles include:

• Project photos

• Review Dispute Support

• Rated Trades Verified badge

• Confirmation that business registration has been checked by Rated Trades
   

How to Become Premium

Becoming Premium is simple.
Sign in → Complete your My Business Profile and go to My Subscriptions → Select Upgrade Account → Choose your Premium subscription

Once your Premium membership is active, the additional Premium information and features on your profile become available.

How to Become Verified

To become Verified, complete the Business Verification section of your My Business Profile and provide the requested business registration information.
Rated Trades will use this information to confirm that your company is registered as a business in the province where it operates.
Once your business registration has been confirmed and your Premium membership is active, the Rated Trades Verified badge can be displayed on your profile.

What Does Verified Mean?

The Rated Trades Verified badge specifically confirms business registration.
It does not represent an endorsement, recommendation or guarantee by Rated Trades regarding a company's workmanship, services, qualifications, licensing, insurance or customer experience.
Verified means one thing: Rated Trades has confirmed the company is registered as a business in the province where it operates.
